This policy describes the current Meat Pen Pro Lite free beta. It must be updated before accounts, analytics services, payments, or other third-party services are introduced.
Information you enter
You may enter rabbit tattoos, litter identifiers, breeds, varieties, weights, dates, housing, show settings, and notes. The current beta stores this information in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not saved to a Meat Pen Pro cloud account.
How your information is used
Rabbit records are used locally in your browser to display herd information, calculate comparisons, and produce exports and backups. Downloaded files are saved or shared at your discretion.
Website hosting and technical data
The website is hosted using Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and security or access logs, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Storage, deletion, and security
Clearing browser data, using another device, or changing browser profiles can result in lost records. Export a JSON backup regularly. You can delete records using the app's reset control or browser site-data settings. No cloud backup or multi-device synchronization is currently provided.
Children and youth exhibitors
Adult supervision is recommended when minors use the beta. Do not enter children's personal information into rabbit notes or other free-text fields.
Changes and contact
This policy may change as the product develops. A dedicated support contact must be added before wider public release. Beta testers can contact the person who invited them.
